Copier/MFP service fees: $175 Per Hour

There is no charge for issues which are caused by Peak Performance equipment as long the equipment is covered under an current maintenance agreement. There also will be no charge if we are unable to resolve your issue.
REMOTE printing, scanning, and computer support fees:
REMOTE Billing Rate: $125 Per Hour
($75 Minimum)
Remote printing and scanning support IS BILLABLE at $125 per hour with a $75 minimum charge.
NOT COVERED
Onsite connectivity issues with printing and scanning support is NOT covered under your maintenance agreement.
NOTE: Assistance with printing projects or scanning projects are ALWAYS covered FREE of charge.
ON-SITE printing, scanning, and computer support fees:
ON-SITE Billing Rate: $175 Per Hour
On site printing and scanning support IS BILLABLE at $175 per hour with a $75 minimum charge.
(NOTE: no travel charge within 30 mile radious of our Silverthorne office, ouside the radious there is a $50 per hour tavel fee)
NOT COVERED
On site printing and scanning support is NOT covered under your maintenance agreement.
The following scenarios are billable:
- New computers need to be configured
- Scanning issues from Windows or Mac updates
- Changed servers or routers
- Re-installed or upgraded OS
- Network is down
- Changed email providers
- Email server is down
- Scan location changed
- New Internet service provider
- Customer changed password

Processing Fees
To cover the cost of processing a credit or charge card transaction, and pursuant to section 5–2–212, Colorado Revised Statutes, a seller or lessor may impose a processing surcharge in an amount not to exceed the merchant discount fee that the seller or lessor incurs in processing the sales or lease transaction. A seller or lessor shall not impose a processing surcharge on payments made by use of cash, a check, or a debit card or redemption of a gift card.
